G&S Neil Blender

This post at Chrome Ball Incident inspired me for this weeks board graphic. Classic Blender art. Faces within Faces. I had department store skateboards for a few years before I started skating seriously in grade 8 (1988). This Blender graphic along with the Joe Lopes with the ball in the hand were two that really stood out to me. When you're so young, graphics meant so much as well as how light your board was LOL

My parents went on vacation and came home with gifts for my brother and I. Two G&S decks. They bought him the Billy Ruff and I got the Neil Blender that you have pictured. The amazing thing was that the graphics on mine were "black on black". It actually looked like a blank unless you held it up to the light properly. That deck and my "Gonz and Roses" are the two that I really kick myself for throwing away. Kids are stupid!

@joe. Black on Black would've been so sick! I can just picture it... a glossy black on a matte black. crazy!
